Split Rock Lighthouse

Aren't these fabulous and you didn't have to walk down a dirt path and 172 steps either. I walked the dirt path and part of the steps, but you know if you go down it stands to reason you must go back up and I had already been to Gooseberry. That is the only way you can get these pictures.

Lowell just reminded me from the top of the tower to the lake it is 168 feet. The light can be seen 60 miles away at Saint Marias. That's why the location is where it is.
