Another welfare pelican!

The work crew from the big boat, this is the little red boat. They brought a fishing boat into the harbor and again we don't know what happened. Guess I need a course in lip reading.

Another boat don't know what he was hauling, but see the ferry boat in the basck ground crossing the bay. That's the 7 minute ferry trip. It's neat. Another tug and barge heading maybe for Galveston.
